A little more personal info about who you'll be dealing with... Hi there, I'm Rob Clifton and I've been involved in and around seashells for most of my 41 years. For me it all began when I was about ten yrs old and I first started to skin dive in the pristine & beautiful waters surrounding Rottnest Island (Located off Fremantle, West Australia), after my father took up a position there in the late seventies. From that time on my interests in shells, diving, the ocean environment and marine life in general, continued to grow... Lots of interesting times followed, including a number of years working with a prominent Australian shell dealer of the time. Then finaly, in 1997 I began my own small & specialised business, dealing almost exclusively in Australian specimen quality seashells in all their infinite beauty & variety!!!...
